When Is The Best Time To Transplant Blackberries

In areas with high temperatures and lots of sun, plant blackberry plants in November to March. In cooler climates where the weather is not consistent, consider planting from April through June. It can take two or three years for brambles to produce fruit.

How tall should a blackberry bush be? How wide? What kind of soil do I need for it? How big a hole do I dig? When will my berry patch start producing fruit? Will my neighbors have any problems with wild blackberries growing up around their homes or gardens if they are planted too close together?
