There is a lot of conflicting information about what time is the best time to take fish oil supplements. Many people will tell you that it doesn’t matter, but others say that taking it at bedtime will help you sleep better and regulate your blood pressure. In my opinion, these claims are overstated by those who’re selling the product as well as those with vested interests in supporting their recommendations for when to start taking them. One thing we know from decades of experience treating thousands of patients is that what works for one individual may not work for another. You need to find out how your body responds to omega-3 fatty acids and see if they make a difference in your life before trying pills or a liquid supplement – especially if you’re not familiar with both sides of the argument!
