Answer: The best time to drink wine is while you are pregnant. One glass a day will not harm your baby. If you enjoy a nice red, make sure it is a low alcohol one, such as Merlot or Cabernet Sauvignon. Do not drink more than two glasses of wine per day when you are expecting and do not mix wines with other alcoholic beverages such as beer during pregnancy.
