There’s been some buzz that i love this post from the guys at meathead about how they get into ketosis by fasting for 16 hours every day. I followed their plan last week and made sure to eat fat right up until an hour before my 3 PM meal on Saturday. At the time of this article (4 days ago), I had not seen any results. The next day, all of my symptoms were gone. This morning on breakfast, my blood glucose readings continue to drop… I am still in ketosis and will be eating a net 2-3 grams per day carb allowance for the next 48 hours while drinking water only!
