The best time to eat breakfast is in the morning when you are not hungry. When you are hungry, it’s better to wait another half hour or so before eating something. By waiting, your body will tell you that it is time for a meal and will make sure that your stomach has enough fuel stored in case of an emergency event. Also, remember that if you eat too much at one sitting during the day, then your body does not have enough energy for overnight activities like sleeping or working out which can be good things if done in moderation..
What should I drink? It depends on what kind of workout I do because some require me to work up a sweat while others don’t really cause me to break a sweat so drinking water might be okay but other drinks such as Gatorade are great for replenishing lost electrolytes after training sessions.
