We recommend drinking kefir in the morning, but if you’re not a morning person we do drink it with breakfast. We also make half-gallon batches and keep them in the fridge for our mid-morning snack. Kefir is delicious when it sits out on the counter for a few hours too! It tends to get kind of hard at room temperature so we usually bring ours into work with us and take care of that there. The best way to enjoy your kefir is by blending it into your favorite smoothie or milkshake recipe.
