I googled the topic and found a lot of conflicting answers, but most say it is best to baste them with butter or oil (or both), then bake until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Most also state that they should be baked for an hour at 350F. This works on turkey breasts as well though I have not tried it with chicken breast yet. My questions are: 1) What brand of chicken breast do you use, 2) How many minutes does your baking time start after turning oven on? 3) And how long does your baking time actually last?
